Management sucks! They shut off water for almost 3+ weeks everyday 9 AM to 5PM and when asked about remediation for inconvenience, answers super rudely saying it's only you who has a problem. No one has any problem. We the tenants have a Whatsapp group and everyone has mentioned about the inconvenience still they deny it. The short answer is putting a 1 gallon jug of water in front of everyone's house and asking them to manage all daily activities with that much water. It is insanely ridiculous. On top of that if we still want some convenience they ask to use renters insurance and the tenant must pay for the deductible. They don't realize it will also jack up our insurance premium. Why care or bother about tenants? They are useless people. They pay for the privilege to stay is how manageme

I'm a resident at Aspira for more than 2 years now. Honestly very safe and no homelessness problem. Nana's tea and PIzza mart right outside. Even though we do not have a full time concierge, it still feels very safe at night. Amenities are pretty good and the new management is accommodating too. Gym has been completely revamped and they do have events throughout the year. For the price point, I think it's the best place for me in downtown.

My tour with Caitlin was amazing! She was friendly, informative, & went above and beyond for our tour. Although the home we wanted to tour wasn't available today, she provided pictures and videos of similar floorplans and showed us where our preferred home will be using the amenity spaces. My partner & I love how spacious the homes are, the amazing views, and that there are monthly resident events! We love to host ourselves, so seeing all this property has to offer really has us excited to tour the upcoming penthouses!

Very disappointing experience living in this apartment. There are constant water cut-offs, often without any prior notice, which makes daily life extremely difficult. Despite paying high maintenance charges, the management response is poor and painfully slow when issues are reported. There have also been multiple instances of incorrect billing. While earlier overcharges were reversed after follow-ups, it keeps happening. This time, I’ve been completely ghosted for over a week despite repeated follow-ups, which is extremely unprofessional. For the price being charged, there is no concierge service, and security is inadequate. To make matters worse, my car was damaged in the parking lot, which further raises concerns about safety and monitoring. Overall, the cost does not justify the qual

Living at Aspira has become an absolute nightmare ever since the new management, led by Rebecca, took over. For months now, residents have endured repeated water shutdowns from 9 AM to 5 PM, right during work/school hours. Despite numerous complaints, the management continues to schedule these shutoffs with no consideration for our daily lives. I personally reached out to request that the shutdown times be adjusted to less disruptive hours, yet that request has been ignored completely. The conditions we’ve been forced to live in are unacceptable. When the water does come back, it’s often muddy, smells strange, and there is cold water. There has also been no transparent water quality testing shared with residents, even though we’ve continuously asked for it. Management’s response is always
