Aspen Walk Apartments

RENTER BEWARE: Not only do residents hate this place their own staff and contractors do as well. They refuse to pay invoices in a reasonable timeframe. They are currently going girl for their refusal to pay multiple venders. This means that when residents need repairs and more that no one will be willing to perform said services. This renders the renters in unsafe conditions. You never want to do a make ready for them because they will make a ton off your hard work and still refuse to pay even after renting them all out.

Would leave 0 stars if I was able to. If you have the capability stay away from these apartments. They will not help you with your maintenance requests, manager lies consistently to my wife and I. We have had a hole in our door for over 3 months and it still has not been fixed even after several phone calls. Manager says she cannot allow us to talk to whoever is her supervisor or the owners. This place is infested with bugs as well no matter how hard we try to keep them out or how clean we keep our apartment. They are suppose to spray monthly which we get charged for and my wife is a stay at home mother and we have not seen an exterminator once since we’ve moved in. Mary Ann is such a good manager. We get pest control once a month. When I have a question or concern I call up and if she’s busy she always gets back to me the same day. She’s made me and my boyfriends experience for our first apartment amazing. Maintenance man is always around. Thank you Mary Ann for making this place so great!!

Things at Aspen Walk are running smoothly since we got the new manager last year. It has taken her awhile however this is a very nice place to live now. Mary Ann is the best Manager we have had and I have lived here 5 years and have no intention of moving.
