This is a new building just built by Pioneer Human Services. Low income housing on Capital Hill. I could not be happier. My view is great of Downtown Seattle and it is affordable. The location is convenient.
I lived there for about ,2; years . With my husband Ross Ma I on the second floor who was found dead on or around June 15 of fentanyl od. It was nice for one person not so much for 2 ppl everything was brand new. Y'all have yall Have a nice Day
Very nice studio apartments, rent is 1/3 of your income, to those who qualify.... Veterans are welcome...
All the complaints about this place. Ya'll should be ashamed. You have a ROOF over your head. A great view at a fantastic price. I live in a dump with rats and I would kill to live in a place brand new! The nerve!! Entitlement!!
Lots of anger in the building..no rest for those with PTSD....either too loud or too quiet... ambulances daily in the tight knit neighborhood, too many people in one square block..
