Dont try to live here if you have small kids. The apartment manager is peregudace aginst people who have them. She is trying to kick us out because my 2 year old acts like a 2 year old. She is very rude. My kids are the only small kids here. Shr makes up lease violations just to try to get you kicked out.
The neighbors are friendly and the rent is based on income.
The apts are quiet and peaceful.
