Aspen Ridge

One of the best decisions I made in 2025 was moving to my apartment!. From the beginning myself and children were welcomed and appreciated. I was given details up front. Any time I’ve needed maintenance or questions answered it’s been responded to within 48hrs and serviced with professionalism and understanding. I plan to be here for a long length of time. I highly recommend Aspen Ridge properties and those overseen by its amazing Staff. Thank you guys for all you do . You are honest, hard working and wonderful team!

I've been here for about half a year and I have no complaints. My neighbors are respectful and quiet most of the time, management has answered any questions I've had, and maintenance has responded timely.

Maintenance guys sit outside for hours just talking. Never seem to be working, things take forever to get fix if fixed at all. Tenants are loud and disrespectful, kids running back in forth in hallways. Never quiet during quiet hours, drives you insane. No respect or common courtesy. Trash inside and outside complex and dumpster. People park in your parking spot often and there’s nothing you can do after hours. Glass in parking lots. Had to replace 2 tires due to screws in tire from garage door that was “fixed” No one shovels or plows in the winter. I’ve been shoveling the back door for 4 years so my kids can get out(one is disabled and is unable to walk through tall snow) parking lots will take days for them to plow. Complex door doesn’t have a door handle on the front door and the doors

I very much enjoy the hospitality here. I live how Aspen Ridge makes you feel at home! Would very heavily recommend!

I have recently moved in not too long and so far I’ve been more than pleased! Aspen ridge really does give the “home” feeling!
