Aspen Ridge Apartments

This place is the WORST!!! If the rent was not as low as it is I would give it negative stars! They will lie and lose your paperwork! I've had black mold in my apartment for MONTHS and they have done nothing ! They've had multiple apartment managers like a revolving door and that's always the excuse for losing rent and not taking care of critical maintenance orders! Corporate does nothing. Never call them because you won't get a response and emailing them just gives you proof in case you'd like to take legal action because they don't respond. I've lived here since 2011 and it's been worse and worse since 2016. They are a straight SLUM LORD!

Used to live here for 5 years not as bad as people say got better once new management came in actually pretty decent now maintenance guy is cool little English but he knows how to fix things respect the leasing agent and she respects u other complex near by not so good loud people at late hours...rent is reasonable and redone apartments are nice fake granite looks good and upstairs units have vaulted ceilings fireplaces washer drier in units oh ya and they clean up the grounds every morning so yes some tenants aren't as civilized as others but thank god for the maintenance guy he walks the grounds every am and cleans up everything in the past kids from other complexes would come over and throw. I totally miss living here - great community, great value! The property manager (Shereece) is extremely accommodating and maintenance staff (Victor) were always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. My move out was seamless. I enjoyed the process.

Have lived at this property for 8 years and never experienced any problem at all, very wonderful community. The maintenance guy Victor and the manager Shereese go above and beyond when it comes to serving the tenants. They are quick to respond on maintenance issues and Victor always knows what to do without wasting time. I will really miss this place for sure. Thank you Aspen Ridge 🙏🙏🙏.

It would be a 5 star if the bus stops weren't so far and the parking is horrible do to residents having to many cars the units are nice i think my place should be model apt. The maintenance is top notch sometimes they take there time but when there down they do extraz too things u might have over looked mix race complex with no issues with one another .
