Great place to live , been here about 4 yrs. Even though management has changed I'm very pleased with our current crew. They are very helpful, upbeat and courteous. I'm very pleased with how my work orders get done in a quick and timely manner. Mr Francisco, Michelle, and Francheska are all very nice and professional . Will definitely recommend this place. They also host many events throughout the year.

The woman in the office is stressful and she do not have communication skills to provide good service to residents. She called me to say my vehicle was parked wrong and if she saw it like that again, she would call a tow truck. That piss me of. First it's not my fault the neighbor parked wrong. I'm not going to park my vehicle near the neighbor; I'm not going to risk my car getting hit. Second, it's my damn parking space. Third, weeks before, I went to the office for my mail key, another resident was complaining about some vehicles that had been there for months. I confirmed this while I was there, showing her photos. She said we had to send it to an email address, and I asked why I should send it if we were already here in the office. The other resident said she had already sent several

I’ve had a really positive experience living here so far. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the grounds are kept looking nice year-round. The maintenance team is quick to respond and gets things fixed without hassle, which makes a big difference. The staff in the office are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They’ve been helpful whenever I’ve had questions and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I also appreciate how quiet and safe the community feels. The location is super convenient with shops, restaurants, and everything I need nearby. Francheska at the front leasing office was incredibly kind, polite, and professional from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and welcoming. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made a lasting impression. Michelle A. was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. With this being my first apartment she was amazing with helping me get everything together! All of my questions were answered clearly, and she made everything feel easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about helping residents.
