Initially, we loved this place. It’s quiet usually, peaceful, and serene. Chris the property manager is great. Unfortunately the owners are super cheap with fixing stuff. So over the course of the 1 year we lived here, my family and I began to get super run down and just overall feeling like crap all the time. We had no idea why. Went to a dr and we were told we had mold in our systems but didn’t know how because our home didn’t appear to have mold. One of the bedrooms did start to smell a bit over time. Half a year in, the ac starts leaking. We dealt with that issue being mishandled for months. For a good while we had a big bucket in our hallway to catch the water. They sent people to blow the line many times which was a temporary fix. The pipes there need a total overhaul. We were told o

I’m a vendor that has worked with several property management companies, specifically those working on-site. Some property managers are better than others and truly care about their tenants and their property. Chris Brown is one of the best I’ve worked with. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris a few times where he called me because one of his tenants had a minor issue that he wanted to resolve immediately. Chris always strives to make sure his tenants feel comfortable in their home!
