Aspen Place Apartments

This complex has been a 10/10 from start to finish. Their staff is amazing, they have completely turned around the complex & provided the service that these apartments deserved from the beginning. + Special s/o to Mike, & the maintenance staff has been super responsive & on top of every single order put in. I have zero complaints about this place— would HIGHLY recommend living here.

Very good pricing on housing, neighborhood is pretty quiet. Pet friendly, with good dog park. Only thing is the playground needs renovation but besides that it’s a very well maintained facility. Helpful employees and management!

Trinity showed me my apartment and was very nice during the process. I asked A LOT of questions before making the choice to move here as I’ve had bad experiences at other apartments, and they answered every one and was very helpful. 10/10 experience.

The first impression I got with this location was when I came to view a two bedroom apartment. The leasing agent, a young Hispanic man, went above and beyond for us and showed us not one but three apartments, ultimately leading to our decision to live here because he was persistent in making sure we found the home that would suit us the best! Furthermore, I really enjoy getting the updates through text and email of the ongoing of this property, even if it does not have anything to do with our apartment directly. The (Lawn service) that we have here is the best I’ve ever seen. We have beautiful landscapes that stay kept up constantly. Lastly, the remodel that they have done to these apartments is above par to other apartments that claim to do remodels. I am really enjoying living on this pr

I absolutely love living here! Amber and Ricardo in the office are amazing — not only are they super helpful and professional, but they’ve also become great friends. They always go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns, and they make you feel genuinely cared for. The maintenance team is also incredible — every work order I’ve submitted has been taken care of quickly and done right the first time. Jamie Lewis, the property manager, is the sweetest person and truly creates a welcoming, supportive community. You can tell she really cares about the residents and makes this place feel like home. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-managed. I couldn’t be happier living here!
