I just love aspen lodges maintenance team our hot water heater went out an they purchased a brand new one an Douglas Saravia an the other maintenance man worked all day to replace so we could have hot water before the snow storm. Thank you! We are truly greatful!

I’ve had an incredible experience at Aspen Lodge in Overland Park. From day one, the entire team has gone above and beyond for me. Carmen in the office truly bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect — I’m convinced she has superpowers, but I’ll let outsiders just assume it’s “great customer service.” But to those of us who know... know. Maintenance and the rest of the staff have been just as amazing: quick, kind, and always willing to help. I’ve felt genuinely cared for here, and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. To everyone at Aspen Lodge: appreciate you all more than you know. Keep being the rockstars you are.

Enzo came by early to help fix our garbage disposal which hadn’t been running properly. He was very kind, polite, and considerate of how much noise he was making. He was able to quickly fix the garbage disposal and if we have any problems in the future we would gladly like to see him be the one to come by again.

I have lived at Aspen lodge for 7 months. The maintenance is slow, the insulation on the apartments is awful (my heat has to run continuously to keep up with the cold, driving my bill through the roof). Additionally there have been several cars broken into and the management team is taking no action. There is no surveillance or precautions taken to help stop this. Costing me a hefty amount in repairs and there’s a high chance it’ll just happen again. EDIT: when it rains if leaks horribly into the entrance of the building. Makes it very muddy and hard to walk through. Additionally there is always furniture piled high next to the maintenance shed and it’s a terrible eye sore.

Aspen Lodge Apartments has been a great place to live. The community is quiet and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant living experience.
