Office people are nice and they help out also the maintenance guys. They work very hard and get it done. Get fixed the correct way first time around and we have loving squirrels dogs. Love the area by grocery store gas station everything convenient

Love these apartments and layouts! I had the most amazing tour with Sydney and she made the application process so easy for us, I’ll be excited to get moved in. The property is nice and has a great feel. Thank you so much to everyone there who made us feel welcomed

Highly not recommended. Especially if you own a car. They're great about notifying you about free snow cones but can't take a second to notify residents of changes to the parking areas which result in exorbitant towing fees. Callous, despicable management! Reading through the other reviews I see I'm not the only one. They'll tow YOUR cars that are LEGALLY parked, but people without a parking pass sticker can park in the designated spot that YOU pay for and no one will do a damn thing!!!!! Yeah, I pay for spot 22. No, that is not my damn car! Yet again... Update: Washington Plate CNW5420 (with the photo proof license plate cover, how clever). Action towing either makes excuses or doesn't bother to answer the phone.

I lived there for two years. It started out horrible. They HAD me move into an apartment it’s cockroaches in it. Telling me to simply put in a maintenance order for it. This was never rectified. I had to pay my full rent the whole time. As well as the manager giving out my personal information! My neighbors having crazy parties every weekend to the point of police coming multiple times every time. Without any changes, my family and I had to endure this for two years. As when we tried to report this to the office. We were dismissed and made out to be an aggressive person by asking them to follow the rules and please stop waking up my SPECIAL NEEDS toddlers every night to the point that they’re scared. 😱 and have had their routines changed drastically and I am still struggling to fix it.
