Aspen Heights Fayetteville

We are incredibly pleased with our daughter’s experience at Aspen Heights in Fayetteville! The management team is amazing, kind, and truly care about the residents. Any time I called or emailed with a question I was met with kindness and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The apartments are perfect for college living, providing both community and privacy. The property is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and safe. It has been a wonderful home away from home, and we highly recommend it to any parents looking for quality, reliable housing in Fayetteville!

My rent is nearly $900 a month and my apartment unit has been left like this for over 3 weeks now. Aspen has no urgency, especially considering the fact that this was caused by a bathroom leak from the unit above us so this is literally a biohazard. When the storms hit last week our breaker box was surging and again, no urgency whatsoever. They treat their residents like trash. And yes, that is my washer in the kitchen just so I can do a load of laundry… and yes that is what Aspen recommended for us to do.To be clear as well, they have their residents leave 5 star reviews in turn for points on an app to earn monetary gift cards.

Living at Aspen was the best decision I’ve ever made! The community here is welcoming and I’ve made so many friends! The amenities provided help me thrive academically and socially creating the best college experience! My pup and I are so thankful to live in an environment that’s the best for both of us! We love the management here too! The pricing is also extremely affordable and simple, what you see is what you pay every month! My favorite thing is the bark park and the hammocks at the pool! Attached are just a few moments of the many memories I have made living here!

U of A parents beware - this complex is VERY poorly managed. They prey on students, lock them into leases, and overcharge them. I have called numerous times to discuss concerns, and have been told numerous times that a manager will call me back. I have NEVER received a call back or even acknowledgement of any kind even though I continue to pay my daughter's rent. BEWARE!

Matthew from maintenance was absolutely 10/10! He fixed our sink and fan in what felt like seconds and made the whole experience so comfortable. He was kind, funny, and really made us feel seen and heard. As two young women living alone, it means a lot to have someone who doesn’t make us feel awkward in our own home. It’s such a relief knowing the staff here are not only efficient but genuinely great people. Huge thanks to Matthew for being the best!
