Aspen Creek

I’ve lived here for less than a year, but the experience has been amazing. The leasing office staff is always so kind—especially Lizzie! She has been incredibly helpful with everything, from the smallest questions to more significant matters. I also love how the team organizes monthly events for the residents. I wasn't expecting much, but I actually won the Christmas raffle this year! It made my holiday so much more special. Thank you for everything!

I had a great experience visiting Aspen Creek Apartments. The community is clean, well maintained, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The grounds look great, and everything felt organized and cared for. I especially want to mention Devyn, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful during the visit. Devyn answered questions clearly and made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Overall, Aspen Creek made a great impression, and it seems like a wonderful place to live.

I used to live here for 7 years. Everything was great. The convince to the freeway, the quiet private neighborhood. I had a two bedroom on the top floor and my patio overlooked the forrest. The management at the time was so respectful and professional. The complex felt like a home where neighbors to eachother. I had to move out in 2023 because they raised my rent after 7 years $600. I was sad to leave. My son loved living there, cl I see you bike to a park, little playgrounds on site, the boys and girls club right down the road. When he got older it was right on the bus route to the high-school. I miss living there the apartment was beautiful. We rented the cabana twice for two pool parties. It was some of the best memories for birthday parties! The pool and the hotub was a great amenity.

I almost gave up on looking for a place to call home. Prices are outrageous, or staff at apartment complexes had no idea what they were doing. That was until I came across Devyn and Lizzie at Aspen Creek. Wow, what a breath of fresh air they were. They were knowledgeable and took time to help me. I am so grateful for the experience I had with them and I loved the apartment complexe and home they showed me. My lease is up at the end of Jan. 2026 and I’m hoping to rent from this beautiful place. To call it home would be amazing for me and it checks all my boxes on my list. Not to mention the wonderful help and complete courteous customer service I received from Devyn and Lizzie. If it wasn’t the apartments itself that sold me, it was definitely Devyn and Lizzie. I've been living at Aspen Creek for about 9 years and I love it. Staff at Leasing office have always been dedicated to provide you a pleasant stay at Aspen. Liz is awesome, seems to handle pressure well, always there for you. Repairs are well taken care. Apartments are spacious, great place for kids or pets. I'm not planning to move out anytime soon :)
