Aspen Creek Apartments

Would highly recommend Aspen Creek Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. The units are very nice for the price, and they feel like a clean and safe environment inside and out. Great location close to the freeway, in a quiet area. The management is just wonderful! Katelynn at the office does a amazing job taking care of the tenants in a truly kind, and helpful manner. The manager Corey is amazing as well. He went out of his may to personally deliver a deposit check to me after having trouble receiving it in the mail! The maintenance man Drew is awesome as well! He helped my wife and I out when we first arrived at the apartments on a weekend to resolve some issues with our unit. Then management put us into a larger unit for no extra charge. This community has been nothing short of amazing. My husband and I moved in last summer and we couldn't be happier. Its located only 10 minutes from both of our jobs. Its close to everything we need. The people here are so kind. Its very clean. Kaitlyn has been nothing but an angel and has made our stay here so easy. We've lived a couple places where the property management doesn't really care about their renters and we have only felt welcome here. So thank you 😊

This is genuinely the best place to live. Even before moving in the management team was so helpful and welcoming. They are so open and honest. And strive for excellence in every way. We were able to come in and look at our apartment before moving in. And to our surprise the place was beautiful. They recently redid a lot of things in our unit before we moved in. And they took care of any issues from the previous tenants before we recieved our keys. They even ended up finishing all the renovation and repairs early and gave us our keys a day sooner. Since being here we had a small maintenance issue. And it was fixed the day I mentioned it. Katelynn is so helpful in every way. Aspen creek has been a wonderful place to live and get started. I and my husband have been living here for about 2 years now. It’s a nice and quiet apartment complex and easy access right onto the freeway and stores. Less than 5 minutes away! Katelynn is always on top of it, even with the little questions you may have. She makes the move in process very easy to get done and always listens and cares to any needs. Drew is our maintenance guy and I could not explain to you how well he takes care of things in quality time and manner. If there is a problem they both work together and make sure it’s taken care of as soon as possible! Aspen creek is a great place to get started, and to call home! 💕

Not a "great" place to live. Apartment is decent. Stairs and railings are loose. Drains smell. Neighbors are a mix of nosy and nice. Management is there for rule enforcement. They threatened to charge someone with vandalism when the wind blew down the fencing. Contract is extreme, will charge you for every tiny fee they can. They DNA test dog poop and charge you $300+ for each time (3rd time eviction). Yet there is always poop when I walk around. So the fee must not go to maintaining? Power company came to tell me my auto pay didnt process and I got charged $40 by Beechtree for "Violation". All in all, a stressful place to live.
