Aspen Court Apartments

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. They just let the residents do WHATEVER. Party and loud music all night till like 4am. Fights in the parking lot. Residents and random people that’s over here threatening to shoot each other. It’s just a MESS.

Is 2:30am on 9/22/2025. Why there is people outside playing loud music and talking so LOUD. I already called the police . This is RIDICULOUS, people don’t consider that other have to WORK. Aspen Court what’s going on here. I keep going through this I will definitely have to break my lease. When you try to be since and ask to turn it down. They play it LOUDER.

Listen I am from Atlanta born and raised! This is the cleanest apartments in the Atlanta area I have seen! I don’t have pest in my apartment, I treated the unit with my own solution before moving in, and I refresh every 6 months to a year! They have great staff and management! I am a single mom who struggles to survive and I appreciate the staff and management for their professionalism and prompt assistance with issues! Sarah with the management often reaches out to check on me, and Alicia property manager is a saint! I’m happy for once! Thanks Aspen Court!!

Aspen court on Stanton rd is good. I been over here for years and it's all good. They keep the grounds clean. Onsite cameras around the property and Cass , the property manager is a Diamond. What a great property manager and Andi is the best maintance person. Aspen court keep your apt exterminated to eliminate bugs and they have new construction units coming. I'm very happy here. Trust me and you won't go wrong. The bus stop is in front of the complex. OH yeah, crime? Ain't no crime or break in apts don't happen here. It's a 5 star complex. I'm happy. You will too.

Me and my family spent a year here. As far as maintenance and the leasing office, no complaints. My issues were always addressed in a timely manner. My only issue with living here was my neighbor. Just a inconsiderate guy who played music all day everyday like literally wall shaking loud but it is what it is. This was a stepping stone to my house. Decent rent prices and the community offers job assistance.
