Aspen Chase Apartments

Been a month since i moved and i love it. Recently had my baby flush some things down the toilet and got clogged but maintenance and Ken were always quick and responsive. Definitely lesson learned. But one of the best apartments i ever lived at.

It has been an extreme pleasure living in Aspen Chase Apartments and working closely with the leasing agents Mary & Ken. They are very prompt and detailed oriented. The area is guiet and my grand children loves the playground.

I came to Aspen last week in search of a new place to stay after facing several unexpected setbacks that made it difficult to find the right apartment. That’s when I met Mary—such a lovely person—who made the entire application process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I was approved in less than a week, and my new apartment was ready and absolutely beautiful. I'm so happy to have finally found a place that made renting easy and enjoyable. If you're looking for a wonderful place to live, I highly recommend visiting their office. You’ll meet two amazing people who are more than happy to help you find the perfect apartment

It’s a great place to live very peaceful and the team is amazing they take of any issue right away. Ken Jones as the manager is cool the maintenance team always on time to resolve my issues

The staff has been so helpful, supportive and good to me!!! Any issue or concerns I have had was promptly taken care of. We need more people like Ken and Mary. Really happy!!!
