Very happy with the process and product we got from Aspen. We talked with several builders and were ready to give up before we met with Aspen because all of them were too expensive or not presenting us with options that would fit our needs. After we met with Aspen, we realized it was actually possible to build a home we would love within the timeframe and price range we needed. We’re really glad we reached out to them and couldn’t be happier with the home they built for us! Aspen was the absolute best builder to work with. We had previously met with several builders who told us what we wanted was not feasible and Kelsey and the team told us we could get everything we wanted in our price point! They were super transparent and very easy to work with during the building process! I can’t say enough good things about this builder. Not to mention the follow up since we moved in has been incredible!! Thank you for making our dreams a reality!

We had a fabulous experience choosing Aspen Builders Inc. to design and build our new home in Nebraska. From our first call inquiring information all the way through closing of our home purchase, every step of the way could not have been better. It was a pleasure working with Bob at our initial meeting, with Kelly working up home and floorplan designs in the first few weeks, with Rachel on all design finishes, and with many project managers through the construction process. We give Aspen Builders Inc five gold stars for a job well done.

I asked Aspen Builders to build a house for me in December, 2022 and at the end of October, 2023 I moved into my beautiful new home. Their employees were so helpful and so easy to work with. I recommend Aspen Builders to anyone!

We want to express our appreciation to everyone at Aspen for making our first build as easy and worry free as possible. For a couple of retired health care workers to build a new home may seem crazy, but we are so happy with our decision and the finished product!! Our home is beautiful! Joyce and I look forward to spending many years enjoying this house and unpacking! Yes when you reach our ages you accumulate a lot of stuff....but wait we have a triple garage we could play pickleball in!
