I would not recommend working with Eloy based on my experience. Our transaction took over 60 days to close, primarily due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. Updates were rarely given unless we repeatedly asked, and even then, explanations were unclear. Long stretches passed with no information at all. Because of repeated delays and extensions without clear reasoning, the buyer was placed at serious risk of losing his earnest money. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty in what should have been a straightforward process. When concerns were finally raised, Eloy took no accountability and responded defensively instead of addressing the issues or offering solutions. Avoiding conversations and dismissing valid concerns made the situation even more frustrating. Delay
