Ashton Village

I could not speak more highly about Ashton village!! Ashley has went above & beyond to help me get moved into my new apartment. We have zero complaints, everyone from staff to neighbors are just AMAZING.... They are constantly doing things for the children having Pizza party & movie nights... I have heard bad things in the past about this place but that's NOT the case now!!!

One of the most crooked apartment complexs that I hated to get my rent to. Gina vineyard manager of the complexs is NOT a good person! She had me, my ex-wife and 5 kids in a two bedroom apartment! She promised us a three-bedroom only to make us wait even longer to get the apartment! And then she comes in my apartment and try to come up with some excuse for I have marijuana in my apartment out in the wide open! Gina even tried to have police officer come in my apartment and take pictures the Cleveland police officer said he wanted nothing to do with it She had it out for me since I started renting an apartment there! I never ever missed a rent payment. Then we went to court when it comes down to it I won the court date I got to live in the apartment rent free lol she tried to be devious bu

They have very nice apts. They are cozy with wood floors. The manager may be new but if you talk to her. She will try to assist you to get you an apartment. They have bus service to Festus n also Oats that come to Ashton Village in Pevely.

I have lived at Ashton Village for just over a year now. The management and maintenance staff are the best I have ever worked with. I’m very happy with the response times and the help I get from the management staff. I have had a couple of maintenance issues and they got right on it. It was not only fixed fast, but it was also fixed properly.

Ashton Village don't and won't do any repairs, there is black mold everywhere, They are very unprofessional, This place needs to be closed down, the buildings are falling apart. Fairway Management is the worst company. We've been told that the front entrance would be fixed 4 years ago, Not, we was told new floors in the hallways, Not, they don't do anything for their residents, except raise their rent. This place is getting worse than Pevely Pointe.
