Ashton Ridge Apartments

The company and manager are very misleading. They claimed to have an apartment available for me but after I signed, filled out the paperwork, and payed the $150 application fee, they said they no longer had an apartment for me. I asked the manager what happened and he responded that corporate had reserved the apartment and it wasnt actually ever available. I asked if corporate could reserve the 3 bedroom since I could only afford a 2 bedroom and he said no. Whether it was intentional or not, this company took advantage of me and refused to fully refund me. I would avoid this place, they are not trustworthy and will do anything to take advantage of you. There is a reason this place is always under new management.

I have lived here at Ashton Ridge Apartments now for 4 years. It is now under new management and I so love living here. It is close to many grocery stores and other places. The yards are kept well maintained and they have so made it a great place to live. The staff here are wonderful people and they care about their residents. I would encourage anyone looking for a wonderful place to live to come fill out an application. My son and I love living here and find it a great place to be. In the future if you are looking for a 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartment, Ashton Ridge Apartments is the place to look.

I came to tour Ashton Ridge and instantly fell in love. The property manager, Cheryl, makes you feel so at home and is always willing to help. I loved the layout of the place and the green scenery. I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a new place to call home.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went an entire month without A/C and a broken toilet. After sending in countless maintenance requests and phone calls to the office, I finally just spoke with Cory (new management) and he essentially said "tough luck"! He told me that because of Covid, they don't have the staff to run an efficient property. After raising rent $150 p/month from last year! Cory also told me that "every time you renew your lease. the rent will increase."

The ladies and the verse in the office is a rude rude person she lacked class and I bet anybody in the world she lacks ability to have a decent conversation with anyone.. Point Blank she's just a rude person and I need help and her husband's a liar too yeah he's the maintenance man. So good luck trying to rent anything from her she not all of the low-income people off of their low housing and put the poor out. But I mean poor I mean they're working class people. She put she raised the rent to very high and didnt fix a thing. Then the maintenance man steals out of your house when your at work. I lived there five years and never been til now. She seemed like she was funny and pleased that she put a 100 late fee on my rent. She just a bad person with nasty tude.
