I am very disappointed in the way they treated me when moving out. I did not renew my lease. I moved at the time that I was supposed to. I cleaned the entire place out, literally and did everything. I was asked to do and they still took my security deposit only gave me a lil over 300 an my deposit was over 1600 they kept $1000 for the carpet saying that I damaged the carpet in which I didn’t. The only thing I didn’t do was have the carpet cleaned because they put that the only thing to do was vacuum the carpet the carpet was not stained or anything and they still charge me $1000 knowing that they were going to Put new carpet in anyways like I am very disappointed in the decision that they made and now I honestly see why when people move out of their places they don’t clean it. They leave
I have rented here for only 3 months. In my time here, I have had multiple maintenance requests and waited for 2-3 weeks to get things completed. This is AFTER having to contact the office to do so. I have picked up 11 bags of trash and 1 grocery cart in the woods that my balcony faces and saw 2 more bags out there no more than 2 days later. Maintenance was called to take care of those. This past Friday, I had some video of suspicious men at my door. When I contacted “on site” security, I had to leave a message. NO FOLLOW UP call or response what so ever. When contacting the office Monday morning, I was told to contact the local police department and NOT the complex security. Yet, the local police department stated the complex should be handling these type of situations since it was NOT an
Did you guy seen that? When apt said they have microwave but can't use, so I buy my self microwave and use it, when the breaker is overloaded they tripped, i required service but 2 months, nobody come to fix it, i don't have electric to use mircowave, tv or I can't work with job online... I never see the apt like this, live in apt have microwave but can't use it and can't use PC for work as well I hope I move out as soon as possible.
My boyfriend and I have had repeated issues with his A/C, and this is now the second time it’s gone out. It’s been over a week, and even though management sent messages saying someone would come, no one ever showed up. His apartment has stayed around 78 degrees all week in 80-degree weather. When he called the leasing office, a staff member said it “didn’t warrant emergency maintenance,” which is unacceptable. Going without A/C in this heat is absolutely an emergency. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and communication from both maintenance and management is very disappointing.
Did not have a luxury experience. I did not receive a fob for the pool and gym for most of the first summer season I lived here. The trash is overflowing every week and I have a great view of it from my garage, the whole place stinks of weed, there's not enough parking for everyone in the building.. or there is and the office is not enforcing the 2 car rule, the car wash was down for 3 months "waiting for a part" (it's actually down again right now,) the breezeways are stained with garbage juice and stink, the big pool was shut down mid-season to resurface the deck (I feel like this can be done on the off season,) and it seems like one of the pools or the other are always out of commission.. could be because the pumps are burned out since they don't clean the little pool. The grates are pe
