Hi I had the experience yesterday of working w a new maintenance guy named Jimmy not only was he super knowledgeable but very friendly even took the time to talk to my little grandson . He was very friendly very polite I felt very safe and comfortable around himself as well as my family just as I do the rest of the staff at this building something that really stood out to me w this one is I didn't even get the chance to put the ticket order in till mid day and of all things it was my ac ! It was freezing up not only did he show up the same day but didn't even get to my apartment till almost 4 I thought oh no theres no way this will be fixed today not only did he fix it but he also was there is not after 5 then literally mins before and he not one time made me feel like it was 5 o'clock an

Next, this is Ellen Thomas in order to write another review I had to use my daughters account for some reason but I had the same experience with the amazing maintenance man I had, his name is Brian ! Oh my goodness Brian was also a blessing from God when I tell u this man not only went above and beyond for us that is an understatement! He literally had me there bc of the hot water tank which I did get to turn on however I requested if he could make it hotter like for showers etc. not only was he truly happy to help out he had to go get diff tools for that part and never acted annoyed or like at my last apartment he didn’t say fill out a work order he saw our stress and he was eager to calm my non diagnosed OCD lol so of course it didn’t stop there one bathroom the sink had more water press

Jimmy is Honestly the BEST MAINTENANCE GUY!!!! He does not give up until the problem is fixed. I've had several other maintenance guys come into my apartment and none of them compare to Jimmy. He truly wants to fix everything correctly and without rushing. He deserves a raise and very high praise from management! Thank you again, Jimmy!

Mr. Bryan has been the best Maintenance man we have had. He’s very thoughtful. He’s caring and he makes sure to get the job done. Anytime we need something fixed he’s there to fix it immediately. And thank you to the wonderful Staff in the office you guys make sure to get calls done and really care about the people renting from you. Best management and maintenance so far.
