Ashton Place Apartments

Was awesome and well coexisted until G1 took over and decided we needed to pay extra for things that are already part of the lease; now I can’t even trust them with my belongings in a storage space assigned to my unit! Why? They wanted us to sign an additional contract to add $40 for said storage space that again was already accounted for in my lease 🤦🏼‍♀️so now ALL my storage is just in the front room

Honestly, the apartment itself was a decent place to stay. Management was incredibly degrading, dismissive, and narcissistic. When I decided it was time to move elsewhere and my leasing was ending, I informed them verbally that I was leaving a month prior as outlined in the lease in order to not be charged an additional month of rent. I left various voice mails and I also informed the individuals at the leasing department. I was told that me informing them verbally wouldn’t suffice and I’d need to wait until I received a document in the mail to send back to them stating I was leaving at the end of my lease. So they never sent the document in the mail and told me I owed another full month of rent when it was time for me to move out. They stole my deposit on the grounds that I allegedly “ne

It's now near end of July. The pool is still not open yet however it does have water in it. Green water that is bug infested and has a horrible trash like smell. Called office only to get a rude worker who don't seem to like her job or care no one there returns calls. Maintenance takes about a week or so to come fix things. Supposed to have security but haven't seen but 3 in the time I've been here and that's been more than 5 years. People not living here come dump their trash in dumpster and we get charged for it. The water bill is supposedly split between everyone in the complex so even if u use very little water you still get charged for more than you use which isn't fair. I could go on but not enough time to write everything. Iwkr here it's a waste of time n money they don't care

would give 0 stars if it was an option. rented here for 2 years and it was the worst experience. office ladies are extremely rude, unprofessional, and miserable to say the least. in the time I lived there, I had to call the cops multiple times and once was threatened by a neighbor (for calling the cops on a DV situation) they are money hungry and do not care about anything else. I'd highly recommend you find a different place, not ashton place or willow creek. I have so much evidence that they are wrong in how they manage their properties and tenants.

Horrible. Money hungry, (like the rest) but don’t expect ANY communication outside of voicemails and letters. I can’t count on my hands how many times Ives called or left messages.. but I can count on one hand how many phone calls were returned ! Deceiving and careless, wouldn’t recommend to even the brokest or desperate ppl. They will take advantage and keep your deposit after you move
