Ashton Place Apartments

Absolutely disgusting place to live. The apartments are filthy, outdated, and full of pests - including roaches and rats. Maintenance is practically nonexistent, and nothing ever gets fixed properly. The common areas stink, the dumpsters are always overflowing, and it's clear that management doesn't care at all. What's worse is the staff dwarf woman rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting residents, they act annoyed or flat-out disrespectful. It's honestly shocking how poorly this place is run. Avoid this complex at all costs. You deserve better for your money and peace of mind.

Slumlords! Crooks! Look at utility statement amount due. Keep attention to dates utility is billed from. Uses the same dates over and over. Robbing tenants blind. The stupidest staff ever. They think you are stupid as them! Uneducated staff. Unqualified maintenance! Run run run and then play close attention to how they will come after you.

First apartment I moved into for college and it was the worst experience of my life. Not luxury apartments at all; mold growing under sink, roaches everywhere no matter how much we cleaned. Manager tried to scam us out of money and EVICT US after giving us the wrong date for a payment. I haven't lived there in two years and they still claim my former roommate and I owe them 300 dollars in mysterious fees, none of which are applicable to the state of our apartment. Office staff always condescending and rude when my roommate and I would come to ask questions about abnormally high utility bills or misleading emails. DO NOT MOVE HERE, SAVE YOURSELF

I had a splendid time. I want to thank Elbur for sticking with me throughout my whole stay,I had initially had my suspicions and distaste with apartment leasing and management but Elbur was amazing. It was a decent leasing term, the community and price were some of the best parts. Some room for improvement could be the unit maintenance. Thank you.

The only thing that this place provides me is a roof over my head..that’s with a door that barley locks properly. Anyways, they don’t care about providing you with low quality washer and dryers. They claim it our responsibility to make a call to refund countless of money that has been stolen since they don’t work. When all of them are unpredictable. The washers and dryers are in THEIR building and they picked this company, I would assume any good management would want to please their guest with the best of service they can provide. As I am a manager, I always want to please and bless my guest. I see as it should be the same in any type of business. Save you’re money. It’s over priced for something that doesn’t work.
