Ashton Pines Apartments and Townhomes

Sam, our property manager, consistently delivers exceptional service. Her amiable demeanor is matched by her extensive knowledge. When I contacted her regarding my sink and stovetop, maintenance personnel arrived within the hour. Matt and Ahmed, two highly competent technicians, thoroughly explained the issues and promptly resolved both the stove and sink malfunctions. Furthermore, they identified and rectified a misalignment in my front door and replaced the door sweep. I commend the team for their prompt and outstanding service.

Have to give this place a positive review for several reasons. We have lived here for about a year each time we needed maintenance they showed up quickly and handled the issue perfectly while being incredibly professional and kind. We’ve also been hit pretty hard financially during the shutdown and they have worked with us with such respect and I cannot thank them enough. The neighbors we have are also very respectful and kind and I love living here.

I want to give koodos to Jeremy for assisting me & my fiance in this transition. He was hands on beginning to end. We also want to thank Kenny for coming out to fixing the leak and asking was there anything else. We also want to thank Matt for advising us how long it would take to fix the toilet bowel problem.

I’ve only been here for one month, and it’s been one issue after another. The apartment looks rushed and poorly finished. I could honestly write a book about the sloppiness and issues that I had with my apartment . For the amount they charge for these so-called “remodeled” units, the quality is extremely disappointing. Before signing a lease, I highly recommend checking for any signs of roaches or other issues. I’m not used to living like this, and no one should have to just because “others are accustomed to it.” Let’s just say I’m counting down the months until my lease is over 11 more to go.

I want to thank Matt and Moe for putting In a new stove for me due to the last one dying out. They went out in the snowstorm and got a new one and put it in before the end of day! Thank you guys so so much I’m so grateful for you both!
