Ashton Oaks

I consider Ashton Oaks apartments to be the best, thanks in large part to our apartment manager Ms. Alina's exceptional service and caring demeanor. She promptly addresses any issues or maintenance concerns, and the maintenance workers are efficient and responsive, including after-hours emergency calls. The community is well-maintained and enjoyable, hosting various events, including ice cream day, pool day, and a forthcoming wine and cheese event. These events encourage neighborly interactions, reflecting the community's diversity and camaraderie. I wholeheartedly recommend Ashton Oaks apartments, giving them a 10/10 rating.

Small property but very well maintained. The manager, Alina, is extremely kind and attentive, always willing to help. Jorge from the maintenance team is efficient and friendly, he always finds quick and effective solutions. Thank you for providing excellent service and treating residents with respect. Highly recommended!

I love how peaceful it is here! We moved here from another state and it just feels like home. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. Justin is super friendly and always speaks. He has really positive energy!

First time apartment hunter here! Temple Greenwood was great when I called, He was professional, knowledgeable, and had such a warm, welcoming personality. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt confident every step of the way. I appreciate his dedication and genuine care to help. Help ease my anxiety I have about this process that is new to me. Very grateful for his help!

Ok I just want to start off by saying I was not paid for my testimony lol. I have been a proud member of the Ashton Oaks community since 2022. I’m going on 4 years with this apartment complex. I recently upgraded from my 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Now this would not have all been possible without the patience and the courteous staff. Now if you’re looking for a great deal and quick, responsive service I highly recommend Ashton Oaks as your next place to live. The leasing staff has been very supportive and very friendly with my stay and any accommodations that I needed. Please come on in and ask for Alina.
