Lived here a year, not renewing, but it's a nice place to live. Cons: expensive rent with utilities paid separately; poor insulation so our utility bill was always very high (~$200 split between 3 people). The stairway has a really tight entrance so it's hard to bring a sofa up to the second/third floors (apartments are unfurnished). We had to buy our own router. NO PARKING!! :( Pros: Actually fantastic responses to work orders, often within ~2 hours. The staff are super helpful with any issue and really maintain a nice apartment. No bug problems, we saw like 2 palmetto bugs and some spiders but that's unavoidable. The apartments are legitimately nice, it feels like somewhere actual adults would live instead of just students. This is my second year living at Aston Lane and I love it! The apartment is beautiful, the maintenance crew is great, and the staff is so nice!
Living at Ashton Lane is the best! It is super close to campus and it is so pretty!
