Ashton at Waterford Lakes

The apartment complex is well maintained with a lot of excellent utilities inside and out of each unit. These include a playground for children, beach volleyball court, pool/hot tub, and on lake dock to eat or hang out with friends on. The real star of the show is the maintenance worker Ron, he is always quick, up beat, real nice and goes above when sorting out work orders. Very upstanding man and always goes heavily appreciated for his attitude and abilities. Edit: One thing to note, I just recently cleaned my entire back deck and spent hours detailing it. About a week later construction started on the decks next to my unit (not notified of this construction at all which starts at 8am and is extremely loud), due to cutting wooden supports for them, my ENTIRE deck is completely covered in

Stay away from Ashton apartment. Our children have mold in a bedroom plus AC vents. They showed us a great apartment initially. After 2 plus months there is mold. Their maintenance department told our children it’s dirt. This is unacceptable. They painted over mold and never took care of the issue. 0 stars again stay away from Ashton Apartments.

It’s ridiculously inconvenient to come here as a guest. You pay $15 and hope to get a spot at the building you’re visiting or have to walk all the way from the entrance. They tow like crazy, very predatory. Listen to your residents and stop with this money grab. Like other reviewers, my boyfriend’s apartment had a roach infestation upon move-in. The toilet leaks all the time. The washer and dryer breaks. Mold. You have to stay on top of the office about issues. They take forever to address things and you’ll be waiting even longer if you just hope they’ll get back to you. I no longer visit this place. It’s too stressful and uncomfortable and I’m just a visitor.

LIES ON SPACE SIZE - I measured the walls to verify the space advertised and it is way off. I visited three of their model apartments and all are wrong. 3 stars because they let you wander the property unattended during your visit and, personally I like that, however, I’m sure residents don’t. I think 2 stars is too harsh since I chose not to live here but falsely advertising something as easy to verify as dimensions is crazy. You’re welcome for measuring. Fix your advertising and get it together. Orlando only gets better if we demand it :)

Ron is the best maintenance guy around! We have had a variety of different issues from our stove top, our washer/dryer, and most recently our water heater, and every single time Ron has came with a permanent fix and solution! We couldn’t be more grateful for his prompt, friendly, and efficient service!
