We have purchased several homes over the years and WOW, what a pleasurable experience working with Vincent and Kyler! These two gentlemen were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, transparent, respectful and their communication was FANTASTIC! Vincent would take the initiative to call us and provide updates along with being very patient with our numerous questions. We felt VERY COMFORTABLE with Vincent and Kyler ‘running the show’. Just two very good people. We highly recommend Ashlyn as ‘what is standard’ just can’t be beat. A solid, well built home.

If you are buying a home from Ashlyn read the fine print regarding your foundation. Been in our house for about 9 years and having lots of issues with our foundation. Tried to reach out the insurance company and have denied the claim stating it’s still livable. Copied Ashlyn in the email and crickets. Had a couple of surveys already and they are telling me they should off have installed a retaining wall on that side of the house because of the slop it had. Still fighting with insurance and no word from Asylyn.

This is our second custom home built by Ashlyn Homes and we love it. From beginning to end working with Hank, Jonathan and Melissa was a great experience! Building a home is stressful enough and they made the processes less stressful with their knowledge and expertise in the home building industry and always keeping us informed with the progress.
