So I moved in a new apartment and soon I put my stuff in I see a bugs and roaches on the wall and some other bug with a lot of legs that was small and they don’t fix anything before someone move in I am so disappointed and disgusted I have bad ocd if I see a bug crawl on me I am am calling bug inspection I will have a this disgusting apartment complex shut down

Highly recommend YOU to not move to this apartments. A lot of violence surrounding the area and the inside of the apartments are not updated. There is only 1 leasing agent and 1 maintenance person so your problems won’t be handled for months. I’ve placed request since the beginning of the year and sent many emails that I have kept on record for future evidence. A leak that took place in my apartment over a year ago is still having after effects inside my apartment with possible mold and my ceilings still peeling paint. I hope Integral management will just terminate my lease so that I can move with no obligations from these horrible apartments. Please don’t move here, save yourself and spend your money so where else.

Posting on here to hopefully get in contact with someone because no one is answering the phone, calling me back, or answering my emails. Their website says to call for details but when you call no one answers. I am very interested in these apartments but I can’t even find out their availability. I would like to contact Mrs. Christina, I’ve heard good things about her. I will take down the review when I’ve talked to her or at least someone on the management team.

I’ve lived here for 3 years. Out of that 3, only 1 of the managers here was pleasant. The apartments in the last two years have been hiring leasing office managers who have the worsts attitudes. On more than one occasion has a leasing office manager talked out the side of their neck, totally unprovoked. They disregard the fact that their tenants here are in fact still their customers and are comfortable with giving them bottom of the barrel customer service. The West End is currently being gentrified so this apartment is trying to go up on their prices without actually making any upgrades for the prices. All of the appliances here are outdated, and it’s still located in the hood. I would not recommend anyone to live here an extended amount of time unless you’re a college student who needs

I went in inquiring about these apartments as they look nice and have a great location. Christina was so nice! She went above and beyond helping me and telling me what I would need. I came in at five an hour before closing expecting an attitude and she was super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much! Prayerfully I can make this place home soon ❤️
