Above and beyond!! Ashley delivered on every promise she made and more! My house sold well over asking price in a matter of hours with multiple offers. Ashley also spent many hours helping me prep the house to be put on the market, while keeping me updated through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and I’m eternally grateful for such a stress-free experience. Her knowledge of the market is unmatched and I hope everyone gets to work with her!

I reached out to Ashley after being unsuccessful with another realtor. From our first phone call, she put me at ease and made me a priority. I felt extremely comfortable with her. Even though I was on a tight budget with buying a house, she still valued my experience as a first time homebuyer. She walked me through each step of the process, and answered my (many) questions with honesty and professionalism. She knows the Hampton Roads/Virginia Beach area well, and was knowledgeable about the current market. Within a week of our first meeting, I had toured four properties and put in an offer on one.
