Ashley Oaks Apartment San Angelo

I moved in to my apartment at Ashley Oaks on April 15, 2025. I absolutely fell in love with this place almost immediately. It is VERY Much family oriented. No one here has ever made me feel like an outsider, but instead had made me feel like they've all known me for years. I personally think that the management team, Ashley herself, and Mr. Caleb, along with the maintenance guy, Dom, are all absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly, very punctual, and just really good people to be around, and to be renting from. The world we live in now, in my opinion, it's really hard to trust others, especially when doing business. The Ashley Oaks Community, for me, is a very trustworthy place to live. I would recommend this place to any and everyone, any and every day of the week! I pray that I never have

Love living here! Very nice and helpful office managers and neighbors. Pet-friendly and all bills paid besides electricity! Great spot in town and close to everything you would need. Clean and no bug issues whatsoever.

The apartment looks great. New carpet, really nice paint on the walls. As a new tenant and a new resident of San Angelo, very impressed with the unit.

My husband and I have been living at ashley oaks for a couple months and we love it ! The maintenance people are fast and amazing. I love how convenient it’s located, and the rent is super reasonable.
