Never rent from this company. They will not care for the rental, not fix broken items, and then take your deposit. Also do not use Beth Hughes she is unprofessional and insulting. I would recommend using another agency and not renting from them. I have rented from 4 prior apartments/homes and have always received my deposit. I relocated out of state so they took that opportunity to take my deposit and also send a insulting letter to myself and my wife. They have done nothing to rectify the situation or provide proof of why they did not return our deposit.
