This apartment is extremely disappointing, they don’t respond to maintenance requests, apartment renewals, close whenever they’ve chosen to. The leasing agents are no help whatsoever. The apartment may look pleasant during the day time but once being moved in there are continuous issues with appliances like the dishwasher, and refrigerator and your washing machine and dryer. I’ve been trying to terminate my lease they’ve been unresponsive I’ve called 8 times today the phone just hung up each time within 7-8 seconds of it ringing. I’ve been trying to terminate a lease that ended 08/2024 they won’t verify my rental history with them. They don’t care to make things right. The maintenance ride around cleaning up the property which doesn’t look appealing and never fulfill request NEVER MOVE HER

Do not move here they don’t fix nothing they never pick up the phone and it’s always excuse after excuse I’ve been here three years and it’s a nightmare my Cabinets are falling off the wall I’m starting to get roaches the breezeways are filthy and you can never talk to the property manager…. I know we might be getting subsidize housing but you still deserve to be treated Like humans.. Oh and the shootings out here or terrible…. Oh and they don’t notify you when someone’s coming to your unit to fix a problem they just come six months later saying they have a work order that was placed six months ago…… These are minor things that I been complaining about since I moved here……. READ FULL REVIEW 🚨🚨🚨 BEFORE MOVING INTO ASHLEY CASCADE🎯🎯 I lived in Ashley Cascade Apartments for two years. It was nothing but a nightmare!!!! My car was broken into, my home was broken into, people where living in abandoned apartments, they don’t fix anything in the apartments, the entrance gate doesn’t work (anyone can enter/exit the apartment), when maintenance come do not let maintenance come in your apartment alone your valuable items will be stolen, trash is everywhere in the apartments, lights in the buildings don’t work (it was very dark at night entering my apartment building), a/c & heat doesn’t work and they will take forever to get to your apartment for maintenance. These apartments really don’t take nothing serious at all my ac unit went out I just had triplets and nobody haven’t fixed my problem I been complaining and nobody haven’t didn’t nothing yet now that my ac unit went out I had water all in my bedroom where my babies be at they couldn’t be on the the floor at all now it turn to mold I haven’t had nobody take this serious at all I have a son that’s on a feeding tube and that’s has a lot of problems too.
