A very nice community to live in. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the property is well maintained and clean. We even get some friendly geese in the pond from time to time. I’ve also enjoyed working with the property manager, Ireland, who has been lovely to deal with. She listens with an open mind and handles any concerns promptly. Overall, a great place to live. 5 stars.

My husband and I moved to Ashford Villa hoping it would be our permanent home since we are older! We stayed 5 years! The first couple years were ok but then upkeep went down hill slowly while rent went up! My husband trimmed our own bushes when it was never done, the pet stations overflowed with dirty bags and no replacement bags put in it, garbage overflowed at pool, pool restroom was without toilet tissue for awhile and people were using paper towels and putting in floor. The pool was the dirty this past summer to where I didn’t invite grandkids to come swim! There was never a consistent person in the office due to lack of help .They had 1 maintence guy for 3 locations ! We have found our new home and are very happy now!

Had an issue with my HVAC. Called Chase and within the hour had maintenance over to look. Maintenance guy immediately assessed the issue and within ten minutes had the issue fixed and my air going again! As always the entire team goes above and beyond!

Beautiful property and very safe place to live. I love our unit, but the change of management makes it impossible to get in touch with anyone. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and they’ve changed management three times. impossible to pay your rent and impossible to ever get anything done with the office. Now, the maintenance man is incredible and very knowledgeable. So if you are a very patient person and feel like chasing someone down to pay your rent I definitely recommend moving here. Otherwise there are better, locally owned places with better management in Chattanooga.

I'm a recently move in but I can't enjoy the swimming pool for all the people coming here using the pool 🏊 that doesn't live here,Using foul language and disrupting the peace I have seen them pulling up coming from Shallowford Road and getting out of their cars then leaving going back to Shallowford Road when they are done,They either have an swipe card that wasn't returned by the previous renter or it hasn't been deactivated , maybe the codes need to be updated to deny entry if that's the problem, I think that they need to post at the entrance NO TRESPASSING 🛑 Signs at the entrance to the prioperty as other apartment home complex's have and have a warning ‼️ at the Pool entrance letting them know that Trespassers will be prosecuted and have visible Cameras at the Pool entrance and in fro
