Ms. Susie and Troy are the kindest people I know. The appearance of the property started changing for the better soon after I moved in. They both are very polite and care about all of the residents. What a pleasure. If you have a problem they repair it right away. They also remember the residents on holidays with little tokens. Great place. I am pleased. Thank you both.

Troy our maintenance tech was prompt and efficient as always. Can always depend on him to get the job done right the first time with no aggravation involved.

My husband and I moved into Ashford Terrace after we got married, and it has been the best time!! The attention that we get from Susie is upstanding; she’s always personable, helpful, and kind. She cares about her tenants and that is reflected in her work ethic. The place is always clean and well maintained, and the maintenance by Mr. Troy is always quick and great too. We love it here and we love the staff!!

My wife and I have been living here for a year now. We can’t have enough good things to say about this place, and it’s all thanks to the people. Ms. Susie (property manager) and Mr. Troy (maintenance head), are simply terrific. They care about the place and the people, they are always so helpful. The few things we’ve needed maintenance for (normal ware, nothing to complain), they have taken care of everything within 24 hours, and sometimes within 20 MINUTES! We are amazed and grateful.
