I would have give you zero star It is the worst experience i have ever had in my life these people use to take 400$ deposit and when we have been move out and they have to give us back at that time they are charging us unnecessarily for the Apartment they are charging me extra for the month which i am not even living i have already handed my key and all the stuff as per my move-out date still they are charging me extra and even many times we have a issue in apartment they were not even able to complete the maintenance issue if we call the emergency people for help they will give us response like we will send some one in 30 minutes but never they have come and complete the maintenance I still have an incident where the grass cutter was cutting grass beside our Air condition fan machine and

Stancliff Apartments has been one of the most frustrating places I’ve dealt with. The front office shows little to no customer service and does not properly address resident concerns. Any time you bring up an issue, the response is basically, “Sorry, we can’t do anything — you have to wait.” That is not acceptable when residents are paying to live here. For example, my mailbox was working fine one day, and the very next day it would not open. Instead of resolving it quickly — especially since I needed to retrieve important mail — it’s an unknown time frame of when I’ll being able to retrieve important mail. No temporary accommodation, no urgency, no real concern. 🚫 DO NOT MOVE HERE. 🚫 DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ZERO DEPOSIT. They do not prioritize residents or take concerns seriously. Ple

Yes, I did referral to someone at that time Manager Mr Faizal mention we can get benefit of that if we refer to someone and new tenant needs to pay their rent on time after 3month you get $500 for referral. It’s been more then 3months today we called in office they said that new tenant did not pay rent on time I called my referral she has proof of everything she called Mrs Sana and explained that she has paid her rent on time so she transferred called to Mrs Andrea now me, my referral and Andrea on conference call at that time Andrea said oh no you paid rent on time it’s was for the person who did referral for you did not pay on time so then I told her what you talking about when we gave you guys referral Mrs Sana, Faizal told both the parties very very clearly that new tenant needs to pay

Love the community here, only loud noises and arguments I hear are children making noise and families coming together. Office staff is very patient and understanding. Thanks Andrea, Sanaa and Faisal…
