Ashford Park Apartments

I absolutely love living here !! The maintenance, management staff and landlord is awesome!! Anytime I have ever had an issue they have fixed it right away. It’s not their fault that some people that live in the apartment are gross and make messes. Out of all the places I’ve rented from this is the best apartment I have lived in.

Ashford Park Apartments. We not only enjoy the view but also the amenities Ashford Park Apartments offer. I can honestly say we are blessed to live in this awesome apartment complex which isn't very far from beautiful downtown Columbus,In.. The management does a great job here with upkeep & informing residents of any news pertaining to renters & not to mention we love the swimming pool and exercise fitness, dog park and so much more they offer. 😀

The units are nice. The only friendly and helpful staff is Sadie. New maintenence seems inexperienced but they do try (most of the time) and we appreciate that. It's been just under 6 months and we still haven't received an air filter, damages that were here before signing haven't been fixed. We've taken care of several things ourselves that were within reason. We've reported twice that we've seen roaches that definitely are not coming from us and we've never gotten a reaponse nor has the office called pest control. We've not been able to find obvious holes where they're coming from so it's probably above, below or behind where we can reach. Apartments are cute but planning on moving when our lease is up because the management here is the worse I have ever dealt with. They are pretty much here just to collect rent and could care less about anything that goes on. We moved here almost a year ago and people we have met have told us there are better apartments so look around good before choosing where to live. The management is extremely lazy just want to sit in the office thinking they are big shots and do absolutely nothing to help their tenants who pay rent every month. If you have a noise complaint they claim the tenants have a right to enjoy their apartment which translates to people can enjoy their apartment and they don’t care about the disturbance of other people who live over then under them or beside them.At first I thou

I would say before you sign your lease. Open the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. I know the apartment I was going to move into was infested! Pretty bad if that! It took them maybe 3 weeks to get them completely gone. Then when I thought place was good and started cleaning the apartment before I moved in, I found a bed bug. The ladies at the office here in Columbus were more than helpful at getting pest control in there and even offered to let me get a different apartment, but corporate located in Indianapolis told them no! Then I just asked to see if they could take any thing off for June’s rent since I was not able to move in like I wanted too.
