Ashford Creek Apartments

This place is overrun with mice & roaches. We didn't even realize how bad it was until we put down sticky traps and caught 11 mice in just 2 days! And that wasn't even all of them! There are still more mice hiding in the walls and behind the appliances, and they seem to come out as soon as we turn the lights off at night. So gross & unsanitary! 🤢 Seriously, stay away from this complex unless you want to share your apartment with vermin. We've already started applying for another place to live because we can't wait to get out of here.

The young maintenance guy is AWESOME SAUCE! He is always there to help out my grandma when she loads up the toilet. Give that man a golden plunger!

I'm coming up on my 3rd year and I've never regretted moving in. I like how small the complex is, it's relatively quiet, and the price can't be beat. Never have I encountered such an awesome maintenance team. Jose is absolutely the best! And the manager Denise is not only professional but so sweet and kind. If there are any issues, she's quick remedy them and always has an upbeat attitude.

My partner and I just moved in one week ago with our dog. We are all very happy. The complex is quiet, well-maintained and the service is prompt and friendly. The office staff (Dee and Rene, Manager) are very courteous and professional. They run a tip-top complex. The maintenance is courteous and responsive. In visiting and speaking with several of the residents, they were all happy and many of them have been here for many years. The apartments are clean. They are not glamourous with a bunch of "fluffy amenities" to drive up the price of rent. We don't need a lot of fluff, just a quiet and clean place to live with decent neighbors and a management company who takes care of the property. I would recommend Ashford Creek Apartments to anybody.
