Ashford Court Apartments

For starters, when we first moved in, the complex was ok. Decent to say the least. We lived here for 2 1/2 years. During the first 3 months, we started having a mice and roach infestation. We had a newborn at the time and expressed this concern many times. They would only come spray pesticide upon request, and that was it. The mice kept coming in, roaches wouldn’t clear up. Our last straw was when we came back home from the doctor with our daughter, and there was a baby opossum upstairs. We expressed our concerns (yet again) and management stated they will send someone to close up the hole in the stairs. No one came. They called 2-3 months after asking if we still needed this done. LEAVE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE This was my first apartment and everything was nice at first, then they changed management without notice, and everyone was getting letters saying they hadn’t paid? Then there’s the constant water issues-not having hot water for weeks or at all. And after all that, they let one of their maintenance workers move into a unit who began terrorizing other tenants. He broke into multiple unit around mine, including mine, broke another resident’s camera that would have caught him, got that same resident shot and broke into my unit while I was there!!!! Police did nothing of course but when I moved out immediately I reported it to management who said they would call for follow up and never did, I called corporate and sent multiple emails and calls to no response back.

I am exceedingly satisfied with my apartment. The carpets and flooring are in pristine condition. I did notice a small hole in the door, so I promptly submitted a maintenance report, and they addressed the issue the following week. Additionally, I realized that the air conditioning filter had not been replaced. I placed an order for a replacement, and they attended to it on the same day. Consequently, I have no complaints regarding the management. They have demonstrated exceptional customer service; for instance, when I encountered an issue with my parking, they resolved it in a manner that exceeded my expectations. It is evident that they understand the challenges of these times and strive to accommodate residents without imposing excessive fees. The only aspect I wish to see improved is

This place is terrible I was there for about 3 months and got out ! There are pest real bad , they moved an infested fridge into my apartment and notified me weeks later on it. The wall were cracking and the floor was uneven, outlets didn’t work in the house the store wasn’t working and took weeks to get fixed. Not to mention the neighborhood and neighbors are the worst it’s always people outside and causing trouble. The gate is never locks anyone can walk in the complex. I would give this place -2 stars if I could

I mean a great experience some loud and rough kids but the leasing people were pleasant. I like what I've seen so far besides the rough kids hanging on the tennis. I did a tour with Crystal the new namagement who took over on Feb 2 2023. They are on top of it. I feel like they will be good at getting the job done. I looked at a town home see videos. Cars speed terribly fast the office is looking to work on stopping that. But all and all good stuff.
