Ashford Costa Perla Apartments

I love living here at Costa Perla, the team is amazing. Thank you for everything.

This place is awful. It is full of cockroaches and bugs. There are a lot of homeless people using the laundry at night. Also the rent is very expensive compared to the condition of the place. There are people drinking in the parking lot. The only good part is the lease officer Daniel but the upper management is very trash.

I see many reviews about how nice the apartment complex manager is and it is true she is kind. But what really matters is the condition of the apartments. I almost didn't write a review because its embarrassing how long I lived in the conditions I did. I lived there for 10 years and that septic system has been doing that for at least a year. They put a band aid on it same with the pool health dept. closed that but someone ripped the closed sign off so people are swimming in it. I could've reported a dozen things but I didn't from rats and roaches to having non working dishwasher and ice maker. The laundry room had homeless people sleeping in it breaking into machines to steal change. The septic system would overflow and come out my toilet so I had raw sewage on my floor. Did they come and

I have been living here for 2 years and I love it. Lena has been awesome. Thank you for all you do.

Lena the new manager has really made great improvements to the property and she is very helpful with any information I asked for. I would recommend to anyone that wants great customer service and a good place to call home to lease at Ashford Costa Perla
