Maria has been an outstanding Property Manager and has made our experience living here truly positive. We have seen her grow professionally over the years, and her dedication to residents has always remained consistent. She is respectful, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve any situation quickly and professionally. From our initial move-in process to each lease renewal, Maria has always been organized, transparent, and very supportive. I've lived in Casa Serena for a long time, and the current administration and management are definitely the best. The manager walks the entire property daily, is on top of everything, and emails us any relevant information. The entire maintenance team is super attentive and quick with service requests. And Maria, the manager, is the best administrator Casa Serena has ever had—very polite and decent, nothing like the previous ones. And right now, the assistant and the new leasing manager are very kind and efficient. I recommend them 100%.

I had to leave honest review because it feels needed what happened. Went to the office today to try and view a 2bed unit. The young Spanish lady wearing pink/purple shirt was very rude & unpleasant. I understand if it was pouring raining you can show but it wasn’t & I had an appointment from yesterday which I came by but they closed early. I come back today and office didn’t even explain why they closed. Then as I arrive back today the doors are locked and the young lady is afraid to open the door and hardly wanted to help me. I can around 3pm more then enough time before they closed. Please train your staff to be more friendly & kind. Acting this way and carrying that kind of demeanor will cost you clients & discourage people from wanting to rent. Please re-train her or let her go.
