Ashford Briar Point Apartments

02/03/26 since 8:00 pm I have a baby who was born one week ago and another children who is 2 years old. The ceiling almost collapsed on us; water was coming out through the fan and the light, and everything flooded. I called the property manager and the maintenance, and no one responded. I had to call 911. I am going to pay for a hotel because I cannot stay here with my newborn baby.

Rosmery, made the entire leasing process a breeze! From the initial tour to signing the lease, she were incredibly responsive and professional. She answered every question I had and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. If you're looking for a stress-free move, I highly recommend working with them!

I love it here! I’m so glad I got the chance to move in when I did back in 2022. I’m a single mom with just me and my little one. And feel very safe here! The leasing office staff has always been amazing! Maintenance is always quick as well !

I would not recommend living here. The property has ongoing safety and management issues that are not being handled professionally. Apartments affected by fires and break-ins are still being rented out, which raises serious concerns about tenant safety. The leasing office manager is consistently rude and unhelpful, and there appears to be an aggressive towing culture—residents feel like management looks for any reason to tow vehicles rather than work with tenants. Although security is present at times, residents are still harassed. I’ve personally experienced security telling me I could not sit in my own car, which felt unnecessary and intimidating. I am very happy that I didn’t listen to the negative reviews 🫶🏾 first and foremost the leasing staff and management are respectful, patient and very helpful. From the time I walked in Jackie helped and made the entire process a cake walk. She definitely needs a raise 🥰 some residents don’t realize a lot isn’t directly their fault . Glad I gave them a chance the unit and property looks amazing. Don’t be afraid to stop by and say hello!
