The community room, which is meant for the residents to have a place to socialize is never open. People, especially seniors, live healthier lives when they are able to socialize with others, but management seems too lazy to open it. The downstairs bathrooms, which are meant for the residents to use while they do laundry are also never open. The last time there was an inspection, management opened them until after the inspection was over, then locked them up immediately after. Reaidents were toldbot to go in while they were open. Plus, there is heavy drug activity going on in the building and parking lot.

They still have bed bug Infestation that gets treatment ever know then as well and it’s helps at times then it’s don’t cause bugs come out behind light fixers and light crovers and wall plug in crovers as well Like some one said if walls fill in we’re little pen holes and screws use too hang pictures the bugs wouldn’t be getting behind wall s But any been good place for mine self too lives. stays too mine homes and me I’d don’t like socializing all the time one glady say that not one soul is friends with me at this place at all Not one of them taken care of me When fully aid of mine own responsibility too cares for mine self is too maintained too mine self home and all

They work hard bye all means at times they might pass out from over doing it .. and all lot of outer given them hard time in life.. one I'm still liven here One I'd have it made here We're I'd kept myself home clean We're not one drugs use or anything of wrongs loud in at all Above all don't social with anything like that It's not hosted event building at all

Have herd great things about place and got a great management team

Good housing complex for those who are disabled or retired and on a fixed income. Several changes have been made in the last few years, which have made it better place. The Maintenance Man is very friendly and does great work.
