Ashco Centers

I’ve been renting multiple offices for years from Ashco. They are by far the best landlord I’ve ever worked with. And I would rent from them again and again and again it’s a family oriented and they want to see you succeed. It is really a privilege to work with them and it’s not surprising that they have the same tenants at multiple multiple locations because of the grade A properties that they develop!

My organization came to terms to lease a property with Ashco. We were required to submit a $7,000 “good faith deposit” to secure a lease. Ashco continued to negotiate with another party after the deposit was made. Several days later, Tiffany Ash informed us that they have decided to lease to someone else. The definition of a good faith deposit is “a financial payment made by a potential tenant to demonstrate their serious intent to enter into a lease agreement with a landlord. It's often included in a Letter of Intent (LOI) and assures the landlord that the tenant is committed to the terms of the agreement.” The deposit indicates a serious commitment, and the landlord is obligated to honor that agreement. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tiffany Ash with Ashco Inc. While the other companies did not return my calls or emails.... Tiffany promptly returned my call, and was enthusiastic and ready to show me not just one, but several properties. I loved the first one she showed me, we signed the papers and have a beautiful location today in a great area of town. I have signed more than several leases in my business life, but this one was the easiest, most professional leases I have done yet, by leaps and bounds. Thank you Ashco Inc., if I could give you 20 stars, I would.

Easy process and great communication throughout. The centers look amazing and bring in steady foot traffic.
