I am a former resident who was displaced after Pfalzgraf Communities apartment complex was closed and confirmed not to be reopening. Residents were required to vacate, and the transition occurred with very limited clarity and support. During the closure, the building’s power was shut off, which resulted in no elevator access. I lived on the seventh floor and was unable to safely retrieve all of my belongings, which caused me to leave behind furniture and personal items. I also lost a full refrigerator of food due to the power being shut off. As a parent, this situation has been extremely challenging. Worst apartment I ever lived in I tell stories about it now like it's funny but we had bugs every single day. We lived with cockroaches because not only the apartment was infested but the entire building. Wed wake up with them in our beds. We'd hear gunshots and screaming at night and once a man tried to break in in the middle of the night (my roommate and I were ground floor) he tried to break the windows out the man was strung out on drugs and I had to pull a gun on him to make him leave.our toilet in our two bath was broken for 3 months and they claimed they didn't need to fix it since we had two. I’ve living at Ashby Point community for almost 4 years now. They are great and provide really nice customer service.

Excellent place to live, very quiet and the maintenance service is fast and efficient.
