I love this place. If you are looking for a place surrounded by nature and a lot of tranquility, this is your opportunity. The Ashby Gardens staff was very friendly and helpful.

First the trash that builds up in the neighborhood is nasty this is why we have roaches and their not water bugs i know the difference. Secondly , the maintenance is one of the fewer things that have gotten better since new management but the trash is unacceptable also people are leave there trash bags at their door step which is not sanitary. Third the people in this neighborhood need to stop doing what they want follow the rules so we can all live our lives in peace. Lastly, the kids being out later has gotten a little better but most of the children in the neighborhood are elementary and middle school in the neighborhood playing later past 11:00pm on a weekday. Great place to live office staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I had a foundation problem that caused the floor of my townhouse to have basically speed bumps in my living room for 3 years. When they finally came to fix it they told me I would have to cover my own storage and place to stay while it was getting fixed and also still have to pay full rent while I was out of the house. They sent the bill for clean up and repair to a roommate I had 4 years prior to moving out and it is now in collections because they did not send it to the right person. On top of that they lost my documenting of signing off my lease and tried to evict me 3 months after moving out. They also lost the documentation of former roommate signing off the lease, which allows us no way to to prove she signed off the lease and the bill should not

I will try to keep this short. The bottom line is, don’t move here. Apartments.come lists these apartments as “smoke free” and that is absolutely not true. For an entire year, my apartment smelled of cigarette smoke that came in the vents from other units. Come summer time, I had BEG them to come take care of the bug infestation that I experienced. They kept putting me off and only helped when I wouldn’t stop calling and going to the office. It is in the lease that they are to provide routine pest control services, and completely failed to do so. There is no enforcement of residents keeping their dogs on leashes, you do not receive a warning when maintenance has to cut the water off to your unit, and maintenance request take far too long to get resolved.
