Ashby at Ross Bridge

We just moved in a few days ago. No complaints whatsoever. Extremely clean property and lovely amenities. The smart home feature is awesome and we love the security of the gates. Brandy was a pleasure to work with and made touring the premises to application swift and breezy. The updated units give the modern touch we were searching for. Happy to call Ashby our new home.

Brandy was a tremendous help. I came in there needing an apartment short notice and she made it happen. I asked 1000 questions and she was very articulate and made sure I never left with questions unanswered. I’m very appreciative of her and everyone in the front office for working with me and making it a seamless transition.

We have been living at Ashby for about 7 months and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and everything else here. Brad was so extremely helpful during the whole process, even until now if I need something! We love our maintenance, they always get things taken care of in a timely manner which is a huge plus (and they love Charlie too) 🐶 Absolutely love my neighbors and I feel extremely safe here! Can’t say enough good things about living here!

This Apt. Is very nice. People in the office are very helpful and kind. Environment is clean and convenient. I'm happy to live in here.

I have lived at Ashby for little over a year, and I could not recommend this community enough. I have lived in multiple complex all over MS and AL, and this is by far the best. I have never had a single maintenance issue or issue to where I needed to call pest control. Maintenance is SO sweet and responsive. When they come to swap out air filters/do preventative maintenance they always are so friendly to my dog and love giving her a treat. The leasing staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I am just so grateful to live here. Also, shout out to Shantel Coope! She is the most amazing Assistant Business Manager and is so helpful and sweet.
