We had the Best Experience thus far. Ms Tanya Fischer is a fascinating woman with a heart of gold. She was very helpful and kind. Ashbury Apartment Community is definitely our perfect choice. Thank you Tanya and team for the very warm welcome to Fargo our new home.

I lived in the Ashbury 1 building for a year and a half and I must say that it was an overwhelmingly positive experience! I moved there from Colorado for work and since Day 1, I had the pleasure of working/dealing with Reyna in the office. During my tenancy, Reyna had been hyper-responsive and quick to fix any and all issues I may have had. The apartment was nice, clean and well-appointed at move-in, and they even put in new carpeting before I moved in due to the fact the previous tenant had cats and I expressed my concern due to my own cat allergy. Also, any interactions with Tanya were very positive and satisfactory, as well, especially after moving out, finalizing my last utility charge and facilitating my security deposit return. I received my full deposit back, excluding a charge

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! IAM a resident of Goldmark Cambridge building managed by Ashbury this is a picture of what you will expect to live with come winter time buy your own shovel because you might have to be a janitor for them this is the laziest office I've ever seen in all my 38 years of living they literally will pretend not to be in the office and not answer your phone call all they want is the rent I have literally lived in projects that have been more decent. This is a picture of my dark hallway which the light has been busted for over a week me and my three small children and have to gain access to apartment the building supposed to be secure but the doors are broke and do not lock the back door has been broke for 2 years stay away from Goldmark!!!!!!!!!!

This place is disgusting. Theres Cockroaches but nobody answers the phone in the offices had it fumigated multiple times and they still are here, homeless sleep in the entry ways during the winter, they charge you out the ass for things you shouldn’t be charged for, had my deck railing fall off the second story floor because the wood is rotted and they don’t replace it. Water bills have been high for months and they continue to put notices on the door saying somebody will come check (no one shows up) you get recharged for things you already paid for but you can’t get your money back because they don’t answer the phones. I’ve seen children with no clothes on playing around the dumpsters with broken glass and no parents, I’ve had people try to break into my apartment because they don’t fix t

Efficient and awesome. The office staff is friendly nice and good people. I have lived here 6 years and although the apartments are old they are working with me to get updated appliances.
