The owner is a slum lord who does NOT care about his tenants, ran down conditions of buildings and DEFINITELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLES LIVES/PROPERTY HE is ruining around his properties. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER. Only cares about money and his rich lifestyle of Mercedes and houses on the beach and river. Give someone else your money/business. You won't regret it. P.S. Their Yulee location is very beautiful and well managed. The local area Manager "Sharon" is very professional and easy to communicate with. The plaza maintained nice and clean the whole year around. Great to deal with them

Beware of these guys. We had an absolutely nightmarish experience with them at every turn. Zero service & zero traffic. The anchor store went away before we were even set up and they opened up competitors business right next door to us. Any building problem that we had with utilities, roof, doors etc… was met with a “read the lease” response where we had to basically fox their building problems. It was a money pit!

Highly offended! This isn’t our first rodeo this will be basically our 3rd business location from moving in the area the leasing agent for CR 210 GreenBriar basically tried to tell us due to salon suites our lash salon business basically wouldn’t be a good fit and that it would be competition because they may hire a esthetician there his tone and demeanor first off was racist . While it’s a nail salon down stairs and a hair salon literally next door. A salon suite can hire another hire stylist as will as a nail technician and they were able to put a business there. Im upset how this all went down. If he didn’t know anything about eyelash extensions because he could have ask we could have educated him more. He wasn’t trying to hear anything and we have the funds. My husband play for the jag
